Everything was good, affable staff, amazing views of the lake. Our room was fairly quiet and spotless and the bathroom was fairly clean. The breakfast offered a lot of food and was savoury.

Everything was excellent and rooms were new-fashioned and tidy. The staff was excellent and helpful all the time. Got wheelchair accessible room with a superb view, balcony, seaviews as expected. The food was nice with variety of alternatives.

I stayed 2 nights and would stay here again when visiting Albania. The staff was attentive, decent, and responded promptly to requests. The location was central, absolutely perfect close to downtown. Further, it was close enough to Prespa lakes and the shore of the lake.

Having an individual safe, an air conditioning and a mini bar in my huge room was really great. The view was amazing on the lake. The staff was exceptionally nice on arrival and throughout my fairly nice stay. The hotel was in a fantastic location, right on the beach of Lake Ohrid.

There is variety of good food for breakfast. Whatever you need is this new-fashioned room with lovely pillows and balcony plus seaviews. It boasts a prime and comfortable location; close to the center of the town and the restaurants. Also, we both loved Plazhi, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.
There's bad smell in some areas.
